Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective September 1, 2026
Ehsan Al Twal, operating as ValueMeals, supplies ValueMeals Pro for CA$4.99 per month. It renews automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time without a fee or penalty.
1. Canceling a subscription
Open ValueMeals, select the Pro or plan-management button, and follow the ExtensionPay instructions to manage or cancel your subscription. You may also give written cancellation notice by emailing valuemealset@gmail.com. Include the email address used for payment.
Cancellation prevents future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly billing period. You may continue using Pro until then.
2. Refunds
Monthly subscription payments are not refunded for unused time in a paid billing period. We will review requests involving duplicate or erroneous charges and provide refunds where required by law.
3. Reporting a billing error
Email valuemealset@gmail.com with the subject “ValueMeals billing issue.” Include:
- the email address used for the purchase;
- the approximate charge date and amount; and
- a short explanation of the issue.
Do not send card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. Any refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank processing times may vary.
4. Access after a refund
Pro access may end when a refund, payment reversal, failed payment, or chargeback is processed. Free ValueMeals features will remain available.
5. Consumer rights
This policy does not limit refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
